is about to outlaw those bad practices&lt;/a&gt; and start deleting offenders

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I know why people do it but personally speaking, I’ve never
really seen the point (or real-world results) of gaming Twitter this for a
number of reasons but the main one is that three people can be more influential
than three million if the last three million aren’t sharers?&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Why not just offer um… really great
content?!&lt;/p&gt;
