Honestly, I've experienced glowing hot radiators on buses, summer cum winter for all the year I've lived in London. It speaks volumes of how crap TfL is managed. Guess I'll have to twit next time the train at Shepherds Bush leaves two minutes early. Oh well. I guess this is off topic for a PR site.
