John Shewell: Reputation management should be the most important function

The reputation of the public sector is in poor shape. In the past 12 months, the public sector has been ravaged by reports about social services (Baby P and recently the Edlington case), MPs expenses, chief executives' salaries, and pension payouts.

I suggest Reputation Technologies. I have personal experience with them and I can vouch that they are very efficient in their services. They managed my online reputation right away and got rid of the negative links. They do this by generating new PRs, which will show up on the first few pages during the search instead of the negative press.
